1 Quality standards
We use fermentation to produce the bio-butanol with starch as raw materials. The products quality was in line with the bio-butanol GB/T6027-1998 standard, acetone GB/T6026-1998 standard and industrial ethanol Q/TSH01-92 standard.
2 Process flow
After preheating, the starch milk enters into starch cooking with the secondary steam heating to reach 105 Celsius degree for gelatinization, and is heated to about 140 Celsius degree in the steam-jet liquefaction sterilizer, later flow through latter cooker and maintaining tank, finally into the vapor-liquid separator. The detached secondary steam returns to starch cooking heat the live to mash which then enter into the heat exchanger and cool the temperature to about 40 Celsius degree and sent to fermentation section after separating out the secondary steam. The mash has been through the mother yeast tank, breeding tank, fermentation tank successively and at last fermented to mature mash...
The Mature enters into the distillation system after preheating. The process uses double mash column differential pressure distillation mode, including the mash column 1 #, mash column 2 #, butanol column #1, butanol column #2, acetone column, aldehyde-removal column, ethanol column, and butyl oil column.
